Return Policy

You may return any product purchased from www.sleepyhat.com within 30 days of your purchase date.  Returned items must be in their original packaging with the hang tag attached and not worn, washed, or used in any way to be eligible for return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return postage is deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, returns that do not fit all above criteria cannot be issued a refund. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your original payment method.

In order to initiate your return, please email info@sleepyhat.com.

Additionally, to serve you in the most efficient manner, we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, we'll ask that you place a new order. Our team will be happy to help determine the best alternative, so please don't hesitate to reach out for any assistance. 

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Sleepy Hat Company. If you purchased your Sleepy Hat products from any other source, please get in touch with their customer service department to handle the return.
